Some other collections of everyday landscapes

Just a couple of additional examples of artists creating collections of phenomena in "everyday landscapes."

Bernd and Hilla Becher, probably the best known photographers ever to study mundane and industrial architecture.
Temporary Services' Public Phenomena Archive, an amazing archive of the conscious and unconscious visual/material formations found around us.
